Consejos para cuidar tu energía en Navidad

Tips to take care of your energy at Christmas

Christmas is two weeks away, although for me it starts as soon as we put up the tree at home.

From that moment on, everything revolves around the table: quiet breakfasts, brunches full of conversation, meals that last until dusk, and dinners that end in laughter until dawn. We sleep and start again, in this unique cycle that only December gives us.

But we don't just share the table, we also surround ourselves with loved ones: our old family, those who come from far away, friends who come back for the holidays, cousins, neighbors, coworkers... It's a parade of encounters full of energy!

And, of course, these dates bring intense emotions. For some, pure happiness. For others, some nostalgia, and even bittersweet or tense moments. That's why I want to share with you four keys to protect your magic and take care of your energy, so that you can enjoy these holidays without feeling exhausted.

1. Hydration with intention

Don't underestimate the power of water. Our body is 60-65% water, and this makes us sensitive to the energies around us.

My tip: Prepare a jug with fresh water and a few sprigs of rosemary (clean the rosemary with a little apple cider vinegar before using it). Rosemary is a high vibration plant, perfect for raising energy and keeping away negativity.

Also, instead of coffee in the afternoon, try offering rose tea: boil water, add dried rose petals and let it steep for 10 minutes. Rose has a special vibration that lifts the mood and harmonizes the atmosphere.

2. The magic of natural decoration

For your home, include eucalyptus in your Christmas decorations. Not only does it purify the environment, but it also provides good energy.

I always add some branches to the bathroom, hanging in the shower: the steam enhances their aroma and fills the space with freshness.

In common areas, place two black tourmalines, one at each end of the room, and a selenite on the table.

Selenite raises the vibration, cleanses dense energy and neutralizes negativity.

Black tourmalines protect, balance and disperse negative energies, leaving the space lighter.

3. Cleanse with sacred smoke

Before and after each meeting, smudge your house. Open the windows and use palo santo, dried herbs like rosemary or lavender, or a good 100% natural incense. Remember to go through all the rooms, corners and closets.

If you notice that the atmosphere is tense during a meeting, open the windows and diffuse fragrance discreetly, even if there are people at home.

If you are sensitive to fumes, or don't have any of these on hand, you can spray the space with Florida water.

4. Close the day with a ritual for yourself

If you're lucky enough to live near the sea, end your day with a dip in the sand. If not, opt for a salt bath or shower. At the end, add a drop of your favorite essential oil (like sweet orange or lavender) to reconnect with joy and love.

If you have a Crystal Energy Mat, sit on it for a while to close out the day. You can also put it under your pillow while you sleep. And if a family member needs an extra boost of positive energy, lend it to them for a while while you chat: then cleanse it with smoke to restore its vibration.

A mantra for these days

Remember to repeat this mantra: “If I take care of you, take care of me.” It is a simple, yet powerful reminder to protect the exchange of energy in your relationships and within yourself.

I hope these tips help you live these holidays with more harmony and awareness. Happy days, full of light and magic!

Sandra
