Koishi: an amulet with a soul
* If you want to secure a piece, pre-sale is already active here. As you know, each piece is handmade and limited edition. When they sell out, I need some time to replenish them, so if this resonates with you, get yours before they are gone.
Koishi means “little stone” or “love poem” in Japanese. It is a name that reflects its essence: a reminder that in the simple lies the extraordinary.
For me, Koishi is much more than an amulet. It is a symbol of commitment to yourself, of overcoming the challenges that separate us from our essence, of loving ourselves from the depths and reconnecting with our light.
Japan, a place close to my heart, inspired this design. There I learned to value respect, silence and conscious care of the body, the temple of our soul. This amulet also honours a lady who once called me Koishi. She told me that I would have many “little precious stones”. At the time, I thought of children, but today I understand that she was talking about my amulets, my Koishi, little treasures to care for and hold.
Allied crystals to work with this piece:
Rhodonite : The crystal that embraces your heart and accompanies you to heal from love. It invites peace, awakens compassion and opens the path to forgiveness, with yourself as the starting point. It is a guide to transform pain into learning and embrace unconditional love.
Clear Quartz: Carved in a triangular shape, it amplifies the energy of rhodonite, intensifying its vibration and its connection with your interior.
They both work together to support you, like a “self-love koala” that accompanies you and takes care of you in your daily life.
Each Koishi also includes a symbol loaded with meaning:
The crescent moon, which reflects the cycles of life, intuition and transformation, reminds us that, like the moon, we go through phases that guide us to growth and renewal.
The lotus flower, symbol of purity, balance and inner strength, inspires us to overcome the murky waters of life to flourish in fullness.
Both versions have a little moon and a lotus flower respectively at the end of the chain, I like the idea of completing the amulet with this small detail.
